The BRIT weather station is located at the BRIT campus in Fort Worth, Texas at 1700 University Drive. We have a primary station on our living roof and two sub-stations located on our solar roof and our prairie. The BRIT weather monitoring project is led by Brooke Byerley with technical assistance from Jason Best.
The data is gathered wirelessly from the three sensor stations on BRIT's campus and then relayed to various sites on the Internet. Current data is also availble at Davis WeatherLink and historical weather data is available at Weather Underground.

The BRIT weather station transmits the data to the Davis Instruments Weatherlink site at http://www.weatherlink.com/user/brit/ then the data is dynamically extracted from the WeatherLink site by a Python script using Beautiful Soup, a web-scraping utility.
